How to reach us — for corrections, for questions about the data, and for press.

There is no phone number and no sales team. This is a small automated project, and the fastest way to reach a person is the form below.

We only use this to reply about your report.

If you have found an error

Use the corrections page instead. It goes to the same place, but it asks for the one thing that makes an error fixable — which page, and what the registry actually says. Errors are published, not quietly edited.

If you are a journalist or researcher

The whole dataset is free to use under CC BY 4.0, including commercially, as long as you credit this site and link back. Machine-readable copies live at llms-full.txt and, per compound, as markdown under /md. If you want a cut we do not publish — by compound, by marketed claim, or by regulatory status — ask and we will pull it.

We will also check a number for you before you print it. That offer is genuine and it is the most useful thing we can do: every count on this site is generated from public registry records, and we would rather be told we are wrong in private than be wrong in public.

What we cannot answer

We cannot tell you whether to take something, what dose to use, or whether a compound is safe for you. Not as policy, but because we do not know — this site counts registered trials, no physician has reviewed any of it, and a trial count is not a medical opinion. Questions like that need a clinician who can see your history.
